Value for money cosy place

Liked: Staff extremely friendly and went out of their way to help us with excursions, where to find food, where to shop and gave is maps Hotel was in a convenient location.
Disliked: Surprise to see so many homeless people around but they were harmless so did not affect me.The only disappointing thing was that the door of the bathroom kept sliding and even through someone came up to fix it , it was not really fixed properly. In the three days I was there I did hear two others tell the staff about problems in their room ... one was about the shower which came off and he tried to fix it and the other was about the bathroom sink. It seesm that there are some issues with the hotel but if minor things do not bother people then I suppose it okay
