Decent hotel, not the best,...

Liked: This hotel has it’s golden age a long time ago, now it’s an old hotel that needs a lot of maintenance. Still is beautiful and the bedrooms are big and nice. The breakfast was fantastic. The location was great! Serena the front desk lady was super firiendly, but in general the staff is not out standing.
Disliked: My mom and daughter’s room bathroom was plugged…. It was such a bad experience for them. The problem was resolved but it was not really nice.

Liked: We had an incredible stay, and one of the biggest highlights was the exceptional service from the concierge, Luigi. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable — arranging perfect restaurant reservations, sharing insider tips on the city, and even helping us with last-minute changes to our plans. His warmth, professionalism, and genuine care for guests made us feel truly welcome and at home. It’s rare to find someone who combines such deep local knowledge with such personal attention. Luigi is a true asset to the hotel and a big reason we can’t wait to return.

Great location, disgusting bathroom.

Liked: It was right on the lungomare, which was nice. Our room faced Mt. Vesuvius, which was nice. There was a lot of construction, which actually probably decreased the noise at night, so it was a bonus for us!
Disliked: The bathtub was disgusting. I wanted to take a bath until I took a closer look (not that you needed to get close to see it). There was a plastic seat in the tub that had mold growing all over it. It and the handles of the tub were old and discolored. I looked in to the jets a little after I noticed the other mold and there was mold and debris in there too. For such an expensive hotel, they should replace those things on a regular basis. I have attached some photos for reference.

Night of Engagement in Naples

Liked: Beautiful hotel, with beautiful views from our suite and also whilst eating our breakfast from the rooftop. The staff were all friendly and helpful, we had an amazing time and would highly recommend the executive suite. Great location, with only a short walk to the main square.
Disliked: Nothing

Excellent, highly recommended!

Liked: Breathtaking view of the sea, mount Vesuvius, and Capri island. Complimentary drinks and snacks upon arrival.

Liked: The property is a classic historical hotel but in excellent condition. It's known for its peaceful setting on the seafront.To be praised the always smiling and nice and friendly and very professional staff, comfortable accommodations, with highlights the hotel's cleanliness and attention to detail. The room was big,very nice room.Special mention to the breakfast with local food and a stunning terrace looking over the bay and in front of the Vesuvio.
