Liked: We arrived at the hotel at 11:30 PM after 12 hours of flights, completely exhausted. When we got to the reception, we checked in and were given a room key — but it didn’t work. I went down to the lobby twice and was told the card was fine. I kept trying to open the room with the key card. Suddenly, someone inside the room started banging on the door and shouting loudly. It was midnight, and I’m a disabled woman alone with my child.It turned out the room was already occupied. This caused extreme fear and anxiety for both me and my daughter. And all the hotel did was apologize — nothing more.During the 10 days of our stay, my daughter and I felt constantly afraid that someone might enter our room at night, since they had already given us a key to someone else's room — what are the chances they’d do the same with ours?The staff were extremely rude and unkind. If you request a bathrobe or anything else, they don’t bring it. Even if you go down to reception and speak to them, they respond mockingly. And the moment you turn your back, you can hear them giggling at you, without an ounce of respect.One day we returned to the room and found there was no toilet paper at all — and no shower soap either — even though housekeeping had already been in the room.The service at this hotel is close to zero — or even negative. For 10 days, the room wasn’t cleaned properly. There was insane dust everywhere.The breakfast was very poor. Every morning you stand and wait for plates and cups — there are never any available. They don’t refill anything on their own and are not attentive to service at all.This hotel is absolutely terrible. I do not recommend it at all.
