Excellent, clean and central hotel

Liked: Excellent, central hotel, with all the facilities and access easy access to the old parts of the city All the staff were friendly and welcoming - Lloys at reception was also super helpful and gave us lots of tips for getting around Granada.

Perfect location for exploring.

Liked: Great location for cathedral area and the old town. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and gave us lots of advice for things we would not have found otherwise.
Disliked: slightly noisy outside on a saturday night - but nothing the hotel can do about that and it did not spoil our stay.

Great location but hotel needs...

Liked: Excellent location with very helpful reception staffthe coffee machine, lights, Air conditioning and safe were not working and the baggage stand was broken in room 305 Overall the hotel bedrooms needs upgrading
Disliked: Small rooms with awkward bath/shower and toilet openings

Wonderful

Liked: The location is phenomenal and the staff are super nice and accommodating. The rooms are clean and comfortable though I’d like to point out the poor design of the bathroom.
Disliked: Everything was perfect during our stay. Only thing that bothered us a bit was the poor noise canceling, you can hear everything when you’re around a suite’s door, plus the telephones didn’t work in our suites so we had to go down to reception to ask for whatever we needed from them and they were fast to fulfill our wishes and needs.

I am ready to return...

Liked: The greeting was great and staff is lovely. Rooms were great. Shower and bathroom were huge.
Disliked: Everything was wonderful. I’d only like it if the AC worked a bit better.
