Friendly staff, great views, good...

Liked: Staff were very friendly and accommodating attending to my needs and giving me advice. They also kindly prepared a take-away breakfast box for me on the day of departure since I was leaving early. Views were superb since rooms are located on the 15th floor upwards. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, and shower had good pressure and hot water. WiFi was also good.
Disliked: Since this is a 4-star hotel, expectations are always higher compared to a lower star hotel. Besides the staff (all of whom were very friendly), this hotel seemed to only meet the minimum requirements for a 4-star hotel. The pillows were basic and lacked comfort. Also, I would have expected a dressing gown, some slippers and other such amenities from a 4-star hotel. Also, while there was a desk and a bed, a side sofa is also somewhat expected, again because it is a 4-star hotel. Regarding the restaurant, while the chairs and tables seemed comfortable, the atmosphere was not warming. There was no music and only a set menu was provided each day. The restaurant has a lot of potential, again because it is located on the 14th floor. It could attract external visitors if it offered a convivial environment for people to meet up in.
