Good

Liked: Clean & modern, great air conditioning in rooms bar staff lovely nice continental breakfast.
Disliked: The area just made us feel slightly unsafe quite noisy at night & alot of building work going on right outside.Staff very helpful especially the 2 younger men apart from one lady on reception she didn't understand my husband that's fair enough but I would think & hope as part of a customer service job your training should be to not make the customer feel the way she made him feel as its an international hotel with lots of different language speaking customers.

Great Hotel! Wonderful breakfast, comfy...

Liked: Great Hotel with wonderful breakfast buffet. Staff is very kind. Highly recommend! There is even a Sauna and a fitness room. I would go there again.
Disliked: You have to walk around 15 minutes until you are in the centre. But the Central station is very close so there is an upside as well.
