Great stay with friendly staff...

Liked: When arriving at the hotel we were welcomed straight away and given an excellent explanation of where we were situated and if we needed any recommendations then they would be happy to help.
Disliked: Nothing everything was amazing

Convenient to old town, fantastic...

Liked: Very clean and welcoming, excellent breakfast, staff was fantastic! Everyone from the front desk personnel to the waitstaff at breakfast to the bartenders were friendly and very helpful.
Disliked: Nothing, everything was great.

Liked: Very spacious room at a great price. Very comfortable bed and excellent ensuite. Staff were very friendly and helpful and even provided a complimentary drink on arrival! Used room service for a meal and the menu offered good choice and very reasonable prices. They even stored our luggage after check out as we had a few extra hours to explore Munich before our train departed.
Disliked: Completely outside the control of the hotel, there is a lot of construction work happening nearby which does make it a little noisy if you want to open the bedroom windows.

Disliked: We reported a flud issue in the bathroom sink that was never solved, they didn’t even bother to send someone to fix it the next day

Nice hotel for touristing around...

Liked: A nice hotel with wonderful staff. We got some excellent guidance from the reception.So good to have the sauna after hectic walking days around the city. Breakfast was very good and good to have the opportunity to have dinner at the hotel if you didn´t feel like going out.

Liked: The stuff there was the friendliest we have ever met in a hotel. The location is good near to the center, right next to the central train station.
