Great location in comfy hotel...

Liked: Amazing location situated opposite a main S-Bahn and U-Bahn station with a short walk to river and restaurants and bars. I thought the rooms were comfortable and the shower was really good. Breakfast also had a good range of food. I used the plunge pool and sauna which was also clean and nice.
Disliked: This is not a five star hotel. It is of a similar par to most of the big chain four star hotels like radisson but not of comparison to any five star hotels I have stayed in. It does not have luxury aspects to it although claims to be luxury class. It is a standard four star hotel to me. I found the bar service extremely slow. One member of staff who would disappear for 15 minutes at a time to serve a guest room leaving people walking away as could not get a drink.I also found that my room did not get replenished with coffee and often didn’t clean the cups so was left with no coffee and dirty cups.

Great location. Good hotel

Liked: Very close to the train station. Direct train from airport (€4) and then 3 min walk to the hotel. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. Reasonable walking distance to some sights as well. It was nice to have a pool as well
Disliked: A bit expensive, but worth it.

Great place to stay

Liked: Great localization, perfect to explore Berlin. Great beds, great pool and sauna is a big plus.
Disliked: Could hear the trains from the room (might have been my room as others didn't hear anything)
