Superb

Liked: Generous and spacious room with magnificent bed. Great shower in bathroom with plenty of fluffy towels. The hairdryer was salon quality and the best I’ve ever come across in a hotel. Location perfect and although there are no coffee facilities in room there are many cafes surrounding hotel lobby. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
Disliked: Nothing - all good

Liked: The bed and room size were good. Proximity to old-town and the Cathedral was great.
Disliked: The front desk staff who ‘welcomed’ us wasn’t very welcoming. Our bed had hair on the top sheet. The pool hours were short and there wasn’t a shallow area to the pool - it was one big deep-end.

Liked: One can still see and feel the luxury but the hotel is outdated and should no longer be classified as a five star hotel. The laundry service wasn't available, the room service dinner was delivered in multiple trips and wasn't set up in any way to accommodate the various dishes. It was as if room service was a novelty for the hotel and they weren't quite used to deliver food to the rooms. The staff was nice enough but I felt they were out of touch, and similar to the hotel seemed to have remained frozen in that same bygone era.

5 star hotel in excellent...

Disliked: Nothing.
