Liked: The room was clean and spacious
Disliked: This is not a 5 star hotel it is a 3 star at best. It doesn't feel or look like a hotel and the staff weren't very friendly. We were promised a room with a bath so I booked the hotel but when we arrived our room had no bath. We needed one for medical reasons. They moved us to another room and after packing up all our belongings the new room didn't have a bath either. They didn't offer to bring our luggage we had to carry heavy rucksacks after walking the full camino. The hotel is surrounded by lower class apartments so the pool area is a no go. They don't even leave water in your room. Don't book this hotel if you are expecting a 5 star. We didn't even get as much as an apology for the bath situation I would never have booked of they told me they don't have baths they scammed me out of alot of money. The room had a smart TV but you can't use your accounts, when I asked about it they said it doesn't work in any of the rooms.

Liked: The staff were very helpful my wife is in a wheelchair and nothing was too much for them to help 5 star service
Disliked: Everything was so good hard to not like it

Liked: Generally the hotel was very quiet. You were not aware of other guests. Hotel is very well presented and very comfortable.
Disliked: There was some construction work the first morning of our stay that was quite noisy, right above our room.

Liked: Generous and spacious room with magnificent bed. Great shower in bathroom with plenty of fluffy towels. The hairdryer was salon quality and the best I’ve ever come across in a hotel. Location perfect and although there are no coffee facilities in room there are many cafes surrounding hotel lobby. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
Disliked: Nothing - all good
