Europeum Hotel

This is an acceptable hotel...

Liked: The hotel was satisfactory and comfortable but not particlularly memorable. The location WAS close to Old Town area, although the street where the hotel was located (specifically, the hotel's surroundings) has seen better days. I was a little concerned at first and wouldn't have been entirely comfortable walking there late at night by myself. To be fair, it was a very gray, overcast and rainy couple of days and that does have the effect of creating a certain mood. The staff was pleasant and generally helpful although one person really struggled with her English so it was difficult to communicate with her (but I accept the fact that I am the visitor and only speak English so that's on me). Luckily I was able to park in the street level lot and did not have to descend into the garage which looked terrifying.
Disliked: I paid extra for breakfast (not cheap) and most of the food was depleted although it was nowhere near the ending time. Not worth the money in my opinion.

Liked: We really loved the room! It was clean, cozy, and comfortable — a perfect place for a stay with a child. We were especially pleasantly surprised by the toys provided for our little one — a small touch, but a very thoughtful gesture. Everything was well thought out, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was attentive and friendly. We’ll definitely come back!

Liked: I really recommend this hotel, we simply loved it! Fantastic location, right outsite the old city, parking space, delicious breakfast, clean room and comfortable beds.

Europeum is Tops

Liked: Perfect location, extremely comfortable and large rooms.
Disliked: There was nothing I didn't like.

Leisure, city break

Liked: The location is lovely, right in the town centre. Good sized room, great bathroom. Secure parking.
Disliked: The room was hot. The air conditioning was ineffective. The staff tried to help by adjusting something in their software as I was told and supplied a rather noisy fan.

Good value for money

Liked: Good location, very friendly staff.
Disliked: There is no proper blackout in the rooms, and from around 4 a.m., when daylight begins, the room is flooded with light, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. At night, and to be able to sleep, I need darkness.
