Liked: Breakfast at cafe was great and the coffee
Disliked: A lot of noise in the lane across from the hotel but nothing you can do about that I guess

A week in Perth

Liked: Location was central and easy to get around.
Disliked: Central heating

Liked: The location was great Loved the older style charm of the hotel
Disliked: Only thing I would say is maintenance could be better.Faucet in room 106 was a bit wobbly and needs tightening up, only a very minor issue.

Your venue and Staff are...

Liked: The young lady on check-in was amazing, informative and welcoming. The young Gentleman who handled our late checkout today was helpful, even to the point of helping my elderly mother with our baggage etc down the stairs late of checkout, to the baggage closet. Thankyou to him. He deserves a pay raise. As does the young lady at check-in.
Disliked: It’s a shame about the abusive and loud homeless and transient situation on the city centre and some that sleep rough in doorways surrounding your hotel. That is a society issue. A governmental issue. And while they neglect to fix that, it will continue to to impact your hotel business, and the whole business district. Please forward my submission to Miss Maud herself. Very nice and cozy

Liked: Very nice cozy room which included a mini fridge which was great to have during my stay.The European vibe was great.
Disliked: Sink tap was leaking a bit causing some small noise at night.
