Overall great experience and convenient...

Liked: Clean, large room (twin room booking ended up being single bed for my son and queen size for me). Friendly & helpful staff (iron was brought to room upon request). Minibar stocked with soda, beer and water. Our water was free. Late checkout (officially 12, but the seem flexible). 4 minutes from main train station. Tram stop in front. Varied food options nearby.. 10 walking minutes from Main river.
Disliked: Our room was toward the back and even though the windows were closed, there was alot of street noise (cars, music, people). That is why I gave a 9 for location. No problem with earplugs!
