Liked: Brilliant location. Concierge staff were very helpful.
Disliked: Rooms were a bit tired. I had putty missing from the windows, window frames needed repainting. My room was delayed as it was being checked by housekeeping, but when I got into it there were no towels... although a quick call remedied this. Beds were comfy, however one side of the bed had just duvet cover whilst the other had all the duvet. Not something I would expect in a top city hotel. Housekeeping need to check properly.
