Disliked: Tv didnt work food very basic beer pipes need cleaning location miles from shops

You live and learn.

Liked: Sadly, not much.
Disliked: The entrance seems to be where people who wish to smoke congregate, consequently, this is the first impression you get of the hotel. The hotel itself was noisy, there had been a wedding and unfortunately we were woken in the middle of the night by sounds you wouldn’t want an 11 year old to hear. Beds were less than average and the rooms were dark too.

Lovely staff, in need of...

Liked: Staff were lovely- very friendly and very helpful. 10/10 I can see the staff work hard to make an old and very outdated hotel as nice as they can, but it needs an upgrade!
Disliked: Rooms are very outdated, clean, but very very basic. We had no mattress protectors, so the beds were not comfy- just a sheet on an old mattress. Water stains down the wall, brown old carpet. Sorry, but just not up to standard anymore.

It was just about ok!.

Disliked: I was in an annexe out the back, the room was small, the bathroom even smaller, I found pieces of old popcorn between the bed and the bedside table, the bed was not very comfortable.
