Overall it was a relaxing stay at a clean and beautiful hotel. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the suite was spacious. They have an extensive continental breakfast - which we enjoyed. The two things we did not enjoy were 1) our thermostat did not seem to work and the room became a little stuffy. 2) a fire alarm went off at 5 a.m. (which was a fluke situation). This would not have been so terrible if the staff communicated effectively. There were families standing in the hallway and many people were outside in very low temperatures. When the night front desk person was asked he was very dismissive - as though we were stupid for being concerned. No one explained anything to us or addressed the situation.

If it wasn't so damn...

Liked: Staff was great overall, and breakfast was good with different choices.
Disliked: The entirety of the hotel was having AC problems and we weren't made aware of it until we went to complain and ask for a different room.

Comfortable, clean, and spacious room!

Liked: Staff was great, the room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.
Disliked: The rooms are a little dated, but we felt the price was appropriate for that.
