Euro-Suites Hotel

Overall it was a relaxing stay at a clean and beautiful hotel. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the suite was spacious. They have an extensive continental breakfast - which we enjoyed. The two things we did not enjoy were 1) our thermostat did not seem to work and the room became a little stuffy. 2) a fire alarm went off at 5 a.m. (which was a fluke situation). This would not have been so terrible if the staff communicated effectively. There were families standing in the hallway and many people were outside in very low temperatures. When the night front desk person was asked he was very dismissive - as though we were stupid for being concerned. No one explained anything to us or addressed the situation.

Liked: Room is very spacious and location is good. Good decent price with complimentary breakfast and onsite parking and it’s a suite so with separated living room area to hang out
Disliked: The smell of room is not good! Not sure if it’s from air conditioning or carpet. Toilet water flow is so weak that it can not flush completely after couple tries. WiFi is a little bit unstable and has weak signal in certain area of the room. Breakfast has limited hot food choices

Liked: It was close to the children's hospital where my son was admitted.
Disliked: The room smelled awful. Right after we checked in, I was trying to sleep and my son's father was in the shower. After he got out he noticed the door was open and the security lock was flipped to hold the door open. The bathroom had mold, the carpet was extremely dirty and there was nasty white stains on the bench in the bedroom. I would not recommend to anyone.

Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was great. Had a King Suite.
Disliked: Electric went out due to storm and was out for entire stay. Could not enjoy the room.

Pleasant Stay in WV

Liked: The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Great location and within walking distance to restaurants.
Disliked: The breakfast was very basic; although, it was included in price of room.
