Disliked: So unfortunately we were downgraded from the 2 bedroom apartment we booked into a 1 bedroom. This ended up working as we were 1 person less than planned.

Great staff and location, but...

Liked: The apartment we had did not fit the online subscription. It was a very awkward layout, not very clean, no AC, and the bathroom shower leaked all over the floor every time it was used. The staff were absolutely lovely and the location was great. The included breakfast was also very good. However wouldn’t stay again. It felt like a student college apartment in need of some serious renovations.
Disliked: Leaking shower, carpets and kitchen were dirty, no AC despite description saying it had it.

Liked: The staff were polite and the breakfast was good.
Disliked: The room was not great. The carpet didn't reach the edge of the room and kind of bubbled when we rolled our suitcases over it. You could see the nail strip that carpet was attached to. The bathroom was not clean at all. It was actually so disappointing, as it did not look like the pictures we saw on booking.com, which is okay as we understand there are different room types, but the level of cleanliness made us uncomfortable. Meanwhile, the couple we were travelling with, had a very nice room and they were happy I think.

Disliked: We booked a room for one night, when we turned up we were told parking was extra! £29 for parking on pavement!!!!The room (224) looked more like a garage conversion We had a full day at a concert and returned to our room at 10.30pm.Settling down for the night . 11.38pm they booked a large family into next garage conversion Bang bang bang !We had enough and drove home! Now waiting refund! This is a half built hotel. Nothing finished, and also we found medicine left from the last visitor! Not great! £345 plus parking for one night? No chance! I do not write bad reviews but in this case I felt I needed too!

A great find

Liked: Good size room, good shower. Air con, which was great as it was 32 degrees! Comfortable bed. Breakfast was in the cafe, good choice of food, lovely coffee. 10-15 minute walk to the city centre. Lovely river walks 5 minutes from the hotel.
Disliked: Nothing
