Very good

Liked: Rented an apartment for the family (2 adults, 3 kids) - spacious, clean. A bit of a walk from High Street but there are pubs nearby including the hotel cafe, which had good service.

Liked: Location and Bushra was an amazing staff. Help us in booking for the parking . Very sweet lady and very hardworking. She mades your day with her sweet smile

Liked: Good location, easy to reach the center on foot, spacious room. Friendly staff.
Disliked: The cleanliness standards made me reflect and not in a pleasant way. A bad musty smell in the kitchen area The floor was stuffy Dust that hadn't been swept up in a while. The shower curtain was dirty. Hairs on the blanket and on a pillow.

Liked: Great location, very kind staff.
Disliked: Our unit was on 3rd ground, and the stairs were steep and narrow, there were more stairs behind the door. I travelled with parents in 70s, the stairs were very challenging for them.

Very pleasant hotel, great value...

Liked: This hotel was great. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The food was plentiful, be it breakfast or evening meals. We don’t try the lounge, but the cafe was a lovely, bright space. Booking the parking was very worthwhile. There would have been no street space, and though it seems expensive at first glance, you actually do get cafe credit, this makes it very affordable. The location was excellent, with quick foot access to town and the tow path.
Disliked: Nothing, it was all great.
