I was impressed with the...

Liked: My Room a single, No. 11 very clean and every thing I needed, but even with the window open no air circulation in the room without putting on the desk fan but that doesnt help with sleep, if I stay here again will ask not to be placed in this room, and go for a double or take addvice
Disliked: I was supprised that Breakfast was not included, I did have a coffee and pastry, but instant coffee for breakfast it was horrible

Liked: Nicely decorated.Close to station.
Disliked: Breakfast stone cold. Had to send back.Room boiling. No air con.Staff ok. A couple very rude. No interest in making our stay pleasant.Had to walk downstairs to get milk for tea in the morning. No fridge in room.Bar shut. Not possible to get a drink (hot or cold) to take to room.Felt like we were an inconvenience being there.

Liked: Comfortable bed, excellent shower,spacious room, ample parking, substantial breakfast
Disliked: On a warm day a fan was provided but it was too noisy to leave on overnight

Liked: Lovely, clean decor, ambience, and facilities. Very spacious room with a hairdryer, iron, toiletries, and a good selection of tea, coffee, and biscuits.Very friendly staff in the bar/restaurant with very good food and drinks choice.
Disliked: Only fault was no air con in our rooms and it was very hot. There was a fan but I dont like fans and it was a very noisy fan so struggled to sleep with or without using the fan
