Liked: The room was comfortable-- bed was great!The common facilities (patio area and inside area with the piano) were pleasant.Dinner food was very good. Waitpeople at both dinner and breakfast were pleasant.
Disliked: Breakfast was overpriced and hyped (oatmeal was packaged, yogurt was only flavored and sweetened, "hot" items were unappetizing).Fitness room-- elliptical worked okay but was very noisy, and cycle was impossible to adjust.I could not get a receipt for my stay since I booked with you instead of them.

Perfect stay close to elephant...

Liked: The many seating lobby areas around reception, the pool, the gazebo, the beautiful breakfast sunroom, the fireplace and so much more. Parking was safe and free.

Liked: The beds were comfortable that’s pretty much it
Disliked: Overpriced if you’re just staying for three nights definitely not worth it. The walls in the room was damaged. The water pressure in the shower was extremely strong. The tub was clogged. Also kept having issues with the television. At Check in the lady wasn’t really direct as to where our room was so we was walking around for a little bit looking like lost puppies. The lobby area is beautiful. But the rooms need some renovations definitely not worth the money that I paid for I can go to an all inclusive resort in Atlantic City and get my moneys worth. Wouldn’t recommend.

Liked: The public areas are VERY well maintained and make a great first impression . The restaurant is excellent and the breakfast buffet is a GREAT value and delicious

Friendly staff & confotsble room

Liked: Comfortable room and beds, clean, very friendly staff (which was particularly welcome after a very long day with a transatlantic flight and a rainy drive up from JFK!).
Disliked: Nothing

Disliked: The shower was freezing, I couldn’t get the water to warm up, no matter how long I kept it running
