Great location to stay
Liked: Swimming pool is great, location is great too, it's super easy to find on the map and you can see this building far away from it.
Disliked: It will be great if breakfest is included with the price, but everything is good.

Liked: Great location. Great food. Very nice rooms.
Disliked: There were only 2 paper coffee cups in the room, and none in the bathroom at all. I was charged 3 times on my credit card for the room. The one with the 50.00 hold and room charge was credited back. I now have 2 pending. One has a charge for a movie we did not rent. I have tried several times to reach the front desk by phone, but the calls would not go through.

Good location to stay
Liked: Location is great, convenient to go to super markets, restaurants, etc. overall it meets my expectation and will book again.
Disliked: wifi was unavailable for the first few days, but later got fixed. I wish breakfast could be included.

Nice room, terrible staff and...
Liked: The room was nice, although the key access was broken and had been out of service for over 7 days! That is unacceptable!!
Disliked: YOUR STAFF IS RUDE!!! The room access keys were not working so these nasty rude women working the reception desk (3 of them) were not at all empathetic, did not apologize for any of the inconveniences of the hotel room key issues or casino being cash only. They were flat out rude and you need to hire better staff!! Once we came back from the casino around 930-10 PM, they were ALL looking down playing on their phones knowing darn well we would need to be let inside our hotel room. Never will I visit your Tucson location again!!
