Liked: We ended up getting a King Suit and it was well clean and very comfortable

Terrible experience

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Everything they advertise that made us want to book this hotel, was closed for the entirety of our stay. (Slide, poolside bar, arcade) they were out of shampoo and conditioner and lotion, the AC unit in the room was unbearably loud every time it kicked on. The “lifeguard” sat furthest away from the pool under the closed bar and wouldn’t have even been able to see if a child was drowning. Very disappointed in this property overall.
