Disliked: I didn’t had a comfortable stay because I was not provided extra bed or mattress for my kid and AC was not working in room and we couldn’t sleep because of warm temp in room

Exceptional

Liked: Wifi issues others wrote about seems to be resolved. Only option was the free wifi and it worked well. Rooms are huge and sauna is nice. Very close to transit and within walking distance to nicer areas, but not immediately nice outside. Great view.

Great hotel with good facilities...

Liked: Lovely hotel, great breakfast Easy to get to from airport using taxi 30 euros
Disliked: No tea and coffee facilities in room but use of a mini bar

It was really nice experience,...

Liked: Overall it was really nice stay , I think its worth a money . It is the nicest hotel I was in. Area on the other hand, not that nice . But I am in Berlin very often so I am use to how that city is and kind of like it . But for someone new area can feel a little unsafe .
Disliked: It would be nice to have kettle in the room and be able to make coffee or tee . Other than that nothing was really wrong .
