Liked: Big underground parking, nice interior, enough big room, spa included, helpful staff
Disliked: No kettle in room, room service was knocking at 8 a.m.,had no clue why, little bit to pricy for breakfast. I was not warned about spa rules. Big international hotel but in spa rules all gender naked. My son refused to go to sauna and spa area because it was full with all gender naked people, walking around like in nudist beach... Very strange experience even I travel a lot.

Liked: room was comfortable and clean. Air conditioning was a welcome bonus.
Disliked: we arrived early evening on sunday. Very surprised only dining option available was pizza. We did not expect 2,000 people attending a convention at the same time. Extremely noisy public areas had to retreat to room to escape. 22 euros to park per day very expensive. Gave the expensive continental breakfast a miss too at 22 euros.

Disliked: No coffee machine , 4 stars superior without coffee machine in the room , I think they should review this point!!!!
