Perfect for our short stay...

Liked: Location, comfy bed, in room facilities
Disliked: Toilet seat was not attached to the toilet, surfaces not dusted, wardrobe too small to hang clothes, parking.

Lovely property with lovely, comfortable...

Liked: Lovely well-appointed room. Friendly owners. Comfortable bed. Good shower.
Disliked: Limited street parking only. A little further from the central part of town. Breakfast was presented in lots of plastic boxes so not very eco-friendly. Wifi was not strong.

Just about satisfactory

Liked: Bed was comfy and pillows good firmness
Disliked: Window didn't stay open, yoghurt made me throw up, didn't see a single member of staff, towels like sandpaper, everything chipped or peeling, bathroom too small

Very good value.

Liked: Dear little room under the eaves with a sea view, but rather cramped. And I had difficulty carrying my case up the very steep stairs. Wide choice for breakfast, including a filled roll which did for a packed lunch.Near the sea, the gardens and museums, and walking distance from the centre of town, so very convenient.
Disliked: Someone to carry my case up and down would have helped greatly.

Very comfortable and peaceful.

Liked: Beautiful breakfasts with fresh fresh seeded rolls and pastries. The location is EXCELLENT, so close to both the sea, pubs and shops. Beautiful walking through Morrab Tropical Gardens to get to the main streets. The bird song from our room every morning was just the best way to wake up!

Lovely relaxing stay in Cornwall.

Liked: Gorgeous house with a lot of history. Well situated, short walk to the ocean. Breakfasts were so generous, we ate well. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Steep stairs, not a problem for us as we are young and mobile but could be hard for older guests. We had an attic room which was comfortable albeit dated, and the bathroom had no / v minimal ventilation so there was a burgeoning mould in there.

Nice place to stay in...

Disliked: The breakfast was still in the room as breakfast room shut during Covid and hasn’t reopened
