Convenient to town and park,...

Liked: It was so convenient to Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park. I wish we would’ve had more time to take advantage of the outside amenities. They had swings, hammocks, cornhole, gas grills etc and a fire pit. We did enjoy all the hummingbird feeders. There were a number of hummingbirds that were delightful to watch. We were trying to get into the park early so we didn’t get to enjoy the outside perks as much as we would have liked too. The rooms were nice and clean and spacious. The staff was very responsive and gracious as I accidentally made a mistake on our original booking.

Simple rooms, but great location!

Liked: We loved the location. The lake in front of the door is amazing! You have a great view and the hummingbird feeders are amazing and sometimes an elk walks on the property. It is also close the Rocky Mountains NP.The owner Aaron is really helpfull.
Disliked: The rooms are very noisy and outdated. The bed is old and very small.

Liked: Location is amazing!! Right on the lake with tons of places to enjoy the views. We loved the hummingbird feeders and all the necessities in the room.
Disliked: Sofa bed was not very comfy (it was a hard futon, not a pullout bed) and the shower was super hard to turn on.
