Liked: The Accommodation was clean and tidy. The staff were wonderful. The view was beautiful, plus we could bring our little fur baby with us and he loved it too.
Disliked: The fact there was no Microwave, we couldn't heat up food to feed our 5 year old and our dog. It made it frustrating, because we had to go to our friends accommodation to use their facilities.

Liked: Very quiet. Spacious room and very clean. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: Arrived on Sunday. Read note on the door that reception was actually down the road at another location. Found that advertised restaurant and seperate bar were closed even though website indicated they were open. The bar had been closed on Sunday for some time. Bathroom tap dripped continually. Shower head suited person with max height of 5 feet.

Liked: Went somewhere else for Breakfast.Location was ok.
Disliked: There was no-one at reception when I first arrived at 11.15am & the reception door was locked, so I couldn't get in to wait in case they had just popped somewhere. We had to leave as we had a lunch reservation & come back & book in later.They put us in 2 rooms that smelt of sewerage. We contacted them & at first they weren't going to change our rooms because they said they were fully booked but we were persistent & then they said they would change one of our rooms & we said it wasn't good enough as they both smelt of sewerage. In the end they changed both our rooms. The lady went down & said she could smell it & she was sorry. So worked out in the end.They should not have said though, that they were booked out & had no other rooms for us when we told them about the bad sewerage smell. Someone should have come straight down & checked our rooms & changed us to another room. That would have been good customer service. We shouldn't of had to fight for another room if they smelt like sewerage.

Disliked: The only heater is the air conditioner and it's very noisy.

Liked: Location & view from window was beautiful. Bed was comfy.
Disliked: Floor wasn't vacuumed properly & room needs better ventilation it was stuffy .. fly screen would help so the door can be left open.
