Excellent experience overall. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of amenities. The lobby and patio area were attractive - I especially enjoyed the courtyard/atrium where we could enjoy the sun and be outside while not bombarded by birds/bugs/wind. The workout room was very good. The bar was comfortable and friendly. I will definitely stay here again!

Disliked: Hot tub was lukewarm; pool could have been cleaner.

Liked: 1.Your pool got a net in the roof of the building protection for small objects leaves etc. 2. like the cleaning lady but not with heavy water in the floor “to dangerous to walk tru.”3. The price: you have to match with booking.com . “Dispute” with total price in the final invoice. I am Member of booking.com for many years travel overseas and many countries invoice always match with booking.comLaw $0.01 the bank will pay to costumer for any reason. Transactions will not go thru.My invoice was much $$ differences. (Booking/final invoice)My observation in your hotel got many deficiencies toward guest.
Disliked: 1. Guest do not receive 24 hrs. In the room (a) ck inn 4:00pm (b) ck out 11:00a.m (stealing 5 hrs from guest)My time arrive 3:20pm do not led me in

Overall my stay was excellent...

Liked: I loved the staff the most, they were very kind and helpful. The property itself was eye catching and I recommend if you’re a couple get a king bed facing the court yard it’s lovely. The room was really clean. Also if you don’t want to go anywhere for the evening the restraint and bar is worth it and I also recommend when booking just get the breakfast included option.
Disliked: The only thing that I found annoying was the elevator speed but that’s a minor inconvenience

Comfy beds, close to shopping/airport....

Liked: Location was super close to Airport, dining, and North Star Mall
Disliked: patio with pool is small, and pool is although in pictures looks large, it’s small and was packed full of people. Didn’t like the breezeway door is accessible to anyone. The bathroom door is a “barn door” that covers the closet , and there’s gaps, so bathroom isn’t completely closed. No exhaust fan in bathroom.
