Liked: Great hotel and location. Bit noisy but didn’t really bother me as the mini bar was awesome

Liked: Central to Circular Quay and the Harbour ferries. Quirky in parts including the “hidden” Prohibition Bar in the cellar. Large high ceiling rooms.
Disliked: Bed needed new mattress and hot water was warm.

Can’t beat the location

Liked: Location was unmatched
Disliked: Very dated. The lighting in the room is terrible. They have clearly gone with mood design but even as a male, the level of brightness, particularly in the bathroom is a joke.

Liked: Great location and good sized room. The bed was super comfortable.
Disliked: Rooms are not very soundproof and could hear the conversations of people next door.

A good short stay in...

Liked: Great location, well designed spaces keeping the heritage of the building. Incredibly comfortable bed!
Disliked: The noise within the building (i.e. other rooms, foyer area) was unexpectedly loud. Service at check in and breakfast was slow (however check out was very swift).
