An embarrassment of a hotel...

Disliked: In the middle of the night at 1:30 AM, the hotel staff double booked another patron into my room, who entered my room and invaded my privacy while I slept. Hotel staff then came to my room at this time, treated me as if I was illegally in the room, demanded my identification in a cold and curt manner, and once i confirmed I was in the room for that night and the next as a full paying customer, received no apology whatsoever. The next morning, my room keys were deactivated accidentally and i had to go through the front desk to solve this problem.The next morning when I noted this experience to the front desk staff, I was given a flimsy "system glitch", no real apology, and no offer of a compensation. Extremely disappointed in this, and I would go as far to say I deserve recompense for this ridiculous mistake by the staff and awful crisis management and customer service experience. You should all be ashamed at your aloof and ambivalent response to this. My privacy was invaded and personal character was assumed guilty rather than a customer subjected to embarrassing systems management by your staff.

Liked: Close to Canadas Wonderland.
Disliked: Terrible smell in the elevator and hallway. Hallway was very dirty. Neighbours were screaming at each other throughout the whole night and nothing was done to stop them.

Disliked: A little bit dirty, bad smells.

Worse than most motels.

Disliked: There was a flood in the room in the middle of the night and in the lobby. I had bug bites and rashes from bedding and the front desk lady was very rude.
