Liked: Hotel entrance/lobby looks really nice. I like all the snack/drink options there for purchase. Beds and pillows were sooooo comfy. Perfect little room for a quick nights stay in toronto after a wedding.
Disliked: Went down to the lobby looking for complimentary breakfast that was supposed to be included. I went down at 9:20am and there was nothing, not even coffee. I asked the guy at the front lobby and he said breakfast was on until 9:30 lol. There wasn’t even a crumb there so there was definitely no breakfast at all provided lol. Also, my parents room the floor was sticky right at the entrance. My dad had to clean the floor with hot water and a hotel. Also wish there was coffee/cream provided for the keurig in the rooms. Also there were signs everywhere for ice machine but no ice machine was ever found lol.

Liked: We did not complete our stay the curtains were falling off the window they were ripped I pushed my hand down on the bed and it squeaked terrible place.
