Very dissatisfied and disappointed with...

Liked: I didn't take breakfast.
Disliked: I book a king suite with jacuzzi tub and when I got there they said the room was not ready. I arrived at 4pm, checking was at 3PM and my room was or not ready one hour after checking. They said I will have to wait for 30 to 45 minutes. They offered to down grade my room to avoid me waiting. The room they gave was not the correct one they downgraded to, it was supposed to be a king bed but instead I got a queen sized bed. Plus the room smelled like smoke. The ice machine was not working. The elevator smelled horrible throughout my entire stay. I stayed at this property before but my previous experience was not as bad as this one. I am totally disappointed with this stay.

Probably the worst hotel I've...

Liked: Honestly, there's not much that was good. The TV was nice, there was a fridge and microwave. That was about it.
Disliked: The bedding, pillows, and curtains were all stained. The walls had marks out of them, and the wallpaper was peeling off. The ceiling had very obvious water damage. The bathtub was the shortest bathtub I've ever seen. The elevator smelt like rotting eggs, and the hallways weren't much better. Every time we left the room, I felt like I needed to hold my breath. The staff barely said 2 words to us at check-in. The pool was out of service. The breakfast was probably the worst I've had. It was just a paper bag of packaged food, juice machine out of service, and the food in the bag was frozen. I'd rather them just not advertise having breakfast than give us that. When we did get to the room, there was x-rated content left on the TV. Honestly, I was shocked how bad this stay really was. We just needed a bed to sleep in, so we didn't have to commute back go Toronto the next day, but I really would have rather slept in my car.

Comfortable

Liked: Staff was friendly and informative. The beds were comfortable and rooms had good space. There was a shop incase you needed anything for cleaning, hygiene, or snacks.
Disliked: Room had an odd smell when you walked in for a few seconds and the entrance to the hotel was limited and only from one road. The detachable shower worked but not the top shower. Breakfast was very limited more like a lunch bag.

Cosy rooms, staff is professional...

Liked: Room was very cosy. Microwave, locker and coffee maker were very convenient. Check-in was quick and easy. The bus stop is very close (within short walking distance).
Disliked: The staff was very professional and helpful but they were not very friendly in their demeanour. None of them were very responsive when I said "hello" or "good morning" (when passing by the lobby). Usually, hotel workers are more friendly when greeting guests.
