Liked: The checkin and over night staff were great. My group was quite large and they accomodayed us as best as possible. The lobby area was very modern and smelled wonderful. Bonus for giving free drinks next door at the Clevelander. Location was perfect.
Disliked: I stayed twice during this vacation. My room smelled a bit musty on the second stay although it seemed quite clean and refurbished.

Liked: Very noisy area and dated property. Music and partying didn’t stop until 4/5am. Minimal to no sleep. Rooms aren’t great either, toilet took 4/5 flushes to work. Staff rude and manager is a liar. Promised a refund then denied ever saying that. Poor effort Joel. I would avoid at all costs, especially if you have a young family.

We didn’t get to stay....
Liked: Experience was awful. They gave away our rooms and we had no place to stay at midnight. It took us two hours to find another place. They said that booking oversold rooms. The attendant said they have Ben waiting for me to tell me they had no rooms. They didn’t even try to calll. She said her manager left and told her that she would have to tell me we had no rooms. I tried to get a confirmation receipt from her that said they had no rooms, but she wouldn’t give me one. Said she couldn’t. I have confirmation from booking that they had rooms but they didn’t. This whole experience was infuriating and Booking has yet to contact me. I’m out over $790. We barely found a room for our family if 5 at 2am in the morning if and we had to cram in one room instead of 2. This hotel did NOTHING to make things right. On top of it, I lost $40 for parking garage and they basically told me tough luck. DO NOT STAY HERE. Terrible staff

Disliked: Old rooms, while they provide complementary chairs at the beach, chairs are on 15th street, a few blocks down.
