Perfect hotel getaway at a...

Liked: The staff at the hotel were amazing they helped us out many times with travelling on the train and bus system, they printed out steps on what to use up to the destination. They didn’t charge for using there iron, and travel plug. Always willing to help and extremely clean
Disliked: Clean, new looking, air-conditioned well maintained, power shower, beautiful shower area

Liked: The staff is very pleasant, The location is very convenient for me with good parking.
Disliked: I keep repeating the same thing over and over again. I am not happy with the eggs for breakfast. Scrambled eggs are not good, they are never good when I am there and my colleagues confirm this. And when I ask for fried eggs or ham and eggs, for example, the staff's answer is that it is not possible. That is probably the only real disappointment in this hotel. At this price/level of accommodation, this is unacceptable. Otherwise the breakfast is okay. I also find it annoying that there is not even a small refrigerator in the rooms.

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Spacious room.
Disliked: Laud air conditioning. No coffee, pot, safe, fridge. Minimal facilities. The transparent door to the toilet may be a bit awkward for the couple.

Liked: The rooms are clean and comfortable. Perfect desk to work on. Breakfast good and lobby service friendly.
Disliked: Nothing, but the price per night was a little high

Good place to stay for...

Liked: Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Good breakfast.Lots of good places to eat in the area.
Disliked: Air conditioning seemed to switch off overnight and the room became too hot.

Worst hotel experience

Disliked: My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and frustrating. First of all, the check-in process was awful. The two staff members at the front desk (a man and a woman) were unfriendly and impatient from the start. They kept me waiting on the side without any explanation and refused to check me in promptly. Their service attitude was simply unacceptable.Secondly, the room was far from clean. Shockingly, there were shoe prints on the bed, and the toilet was clearly not properly cleaned — absolutely disgusting.To make things worse, the soundproofing was terrible. I could barely sleep through the night because of the constant noise from nearby rooms and the hallway.This hotel offers extremely poor value for money — I paid nearly €100 just to suffer.
