Liked: Beautiful old style hotel in a very quiet street, overlooking the park, short distance from the station. Rooms are very big and my bathroom was nice- be aware that you need to step into the bath to use the shower which might not suit everyone. The public areas are beautiful to look at as is the facade of the building. Bed was comfortable, good mattress. Air con in the room very efficient. Two chairs to sit on and a desk space to use too.
Disliked: A lack of a kettle in the room. Essential for a British traveller! On the same day I arrived I also noticed a price reduction on booking.com!!!!

Liked: Good location and close to attractions. Friendly staff, the room is comfortable.
Disliked: No tea or coffee facilities. They can provide a kettle if you ask but you have to bring your tea, milk and coffee.

Liked: The hotel is very neat, and its architecture makes you, as a visitor, feel very important. The breakfast is fresh, and every day there is another type of dessert at the breakfast. I enjoyed very much the poppy seed cakes. The service is good. The people of the hotel I was asking for help were kind and efficient.
Disliked: The bar was closed. I would have appreciate to visit it and have a drink at night.
