Disliked: TV didn't work on any of the major channels We told them about this last year and they still have not fixed it

Liked: Location amazing. Staff were fantastic. Made us feel like family.Friendly and very, very helpful.They couldn't do enough for us.

Disliked: Hotel very scruffy, room we we're given was not a proper hotel bedroom but an annexe at side of main building which was in fact a converted fish and chip shop. Staff very rude when we refused to stay and refused to give us a refund. We had to find another hotel for the two nights.
