Liked: Wonderful trip. Amazing staff good facilities and such a good price. Brilliant views too
Disliked: Nothing really the only bad point I can think of is the pool was a bit too chlorinated

Liked: most things worked well. I was disappointed with the breakfast as they were only just warm. I did ask for a replacement breakfast.
Disliked: the car parking was disappointing and not what the reviews had described.

Disliked: Had to book a time a lot for breakfast. Only 7.30 or 9.30 were available when we checked in. Wouldn’t have thought to book this ahead of being told. People were turned away from breakfast that were late or early. Didn’t book a table for dinner and restaurant had maybe 12 people eating. Seemed to be told off for not booking, even though many many tables empty! Said they had 100 people in for dinner tomorrow. Irrelevant as I wanted a table for 3 when it was empty at 7pm on a Sunday! Another occasion asked at the bar for desserts and coffee in reception seating area. Got told no to dessert, can only have coffee. This is where there also serve breakfast if you have a dog with you, so there’s not a policy banning food. Over a two night stay there seemed to be many occasions where the staff wanted to say no rather than yes!

Liked: As always, the view. Found breakfast on both days chaotic ..on my second morning I had to request my coffee 3 times before it finally came, AFTER I had finished my breakfast. Oddly enough when I was taken to my allocated table, I was asked immediately if I wanted coffee or tea...but as previously explained I had to request it 3 times before it arrived. Both mornings the salt and pepper pots on my two different allocated tables were both empty. Come on guys.. dont spoil a lovely hotel and overall a lovely stay by overlooking such basic things. My room was immaculately clean and comfortable. All the staff were lovely. Having said that..the guy who was on reception when I checked out, didnt even make eye contact with me, we held a conversation without him looking up...very odd. Hey it takes all sorts to make a world, perhaps he was just having a bad day. Overall yeah I would come back and stay again and would also recommend the hotel to friends and business associates.
Disliked: Only slight niggles as explained above
