Liked: Great location, fantastic staff who ate really friendly and helpful especially on reception. Tasty hot breakfast brought to your table with a warm friendly smile. Room was great for a single room and overlooking the sea and very cosy and cool.

Excellent staff

Liked: The reception area and staff were outstanding. The restaurant was stunning. Location perfect. . The reception staff couldn't do enough to.make you feel welcome. The hotel gives a lovely vibe from outside as well. And the entertainment outside of an evening was great.
Disliked: The rooms were not what I expected after seeing such an amazing reception area. The room was ok, but the beautiful view was muffled by hand prints all over the windows. And the carpets are extremely stained. Under the beds had crumbs and even a lid of a pringles pot. If the rooms were updated a little and cleaned to a higher standard, it would have been perfect.

We will never be returning!...

Liked: The false front to the hotel!!! Which consists of the goat restaurant and reception area.
Disliked: The carpet leading to and from our room was disgustingly dirty and the smell was putrid then through a door was the Goat restaurant all clean and that’s obviously were they’ve spend their money because inside our room there was a big wet patch on the carpet which also needed a hoover and the shower area was absolutely filthy! How much are shower curtains?? And a bottle of bleach!!! The toilet roll dispenser was the same one as the public toilets except their tissue was softer!!! We went out and bought our own! The staff throughout our stay just questioned were we were going every time we stepped back into the hotel, not friendly at all! We would never recommend this hotel and will never go back!!
