Liked: Really friendly staff on reception, very helpful and accommodating. Great location near the pier and other attractions but wuiet at night. Room had a brilliant sea view. Large room with a comfortable bed and lovely big towels. Yes the carpets have seen better days but they seemed clean. Wifi was a bit eccentric (dropped out a bit) but largely good enough for me to work most of the day in the room, including video calls. Toiletries were soap and bodywash only so bring your own, but the shops are just round the corner.
Disliked: Shower temperature was a bit unpredictable.

Disliked: Very dated room,inc. bathroom,shower with plastic gate and curtain,carpet coming away in corners and dirty.Room unbelievably hot,upto 30° evening time,were told by day receptionist that radiators have to be kept on in certain rooms as system is so old if radiators switch off the system makes loud noise! Do bear in mind outside temps were upto 25° or so,air con would be more appropriate than a radiator!! Complaint was made by my daughter in law during early hours,she was told a refund was available if her and my son wanted to find somewhere else to stay.....in early hours of morning!!Not viable at all,so water and another fan were given,and at 6a.m. my son went into the sea to cool off and gave up trying to sleep. The daytime receptionist said she had raised concerns re. the heat in rooms,as she was concerned someone could collapse,also that carpets need cleaning,however nothing has been done as yet.My daughter in laws birthday treat ruined!! I informed receptionist that I would like a prompt response to my complaintd from the manager and as yet nothing. We have stayed in other hotels for similar or less cost with very good facilities,rooms etc. I.E. The tynedale hotel and The belmont hotel,both also in llandudno

Liked: Location on the promenade and near the town centre is excellent. Car park was very convenient behind the hotel. Bar area is good, food looked good, outside seating area overlooking the sea great on a sunny day. Room was small but adequate, and reasonably priced.
Disliked: Beer price at the bar was a bit steep.

Liked: The staff were all lovely always go above and beyond to accommodate you especially if you have a disability like me 10/10
Disliked: We found the goat restaurant in the hotel a bit expensive for our budget but the food was lovely!!!
