Would not recommend

Liked: Location was great.
Disliked: The rooms were incredibly small. Nowhere to put suitcases. Hair in the showers. Shades did not close all the way, nor did the bathroom door while on the toilet you could see out the window & people could see In. Phone didn't work to call front desk or valet.

Liked: The location. And the restaurant with the Raccons was best experience that Team was top notch and unfortunately of stay in our room was not.
Disliked: I did not like that my room wasn't cleaned after day one. I call. I Iet the staff member on phone know that I was leaving and please have my room cleaned. I went down stair after I got back from dinner and the room was still not cleaned I ask for a manager to reach out and no called. I came back from celebrating a wedding anniversary/ Gay pride and our room wasn't cleaned. We checked out the next our room was not clean. I was question if I left a tassels outside of door which we never did. This by far will be the 1st and last I would stay at The Esme Hotel. I live in miami so we chose to stay here and we did get a good experience in the hotel as promised. No customer should ever be treat this way. I feel this was a personal attack my partner and myself. We ask for simple request to have a clean room. How is that trash wasn't taken out , fresh towels, and a bed made. I'd appreciate a manager reach out to us for feedback. On our finally night did not shower and went home early in morning because of the untidy service. What happen to housekeeping on April 13 and 14 to room 276? Our tassle was never outside of our room door what so ever. If there are cameras on the proverty it should be reviewed immediately to get down to a proper resolution to this issue. I am requesting a full refund for 3/14/24 due to the last of service. This should never happen any customer spending over 600.00 in Espanola Way for 2 days. It bring great disappointment that I had to type this but you all need to know my experience.
