Perfect location just across Marseille...

Liked: Perfect location, room is spacious and comfortable bed. The ladies at the reception are kind and helpful with big smile and answering questions as needed. Many parking around even if it’s quite expensive but there’s one just cross the street from the hotel which makes it easy to access the hotel when you are traveling with a car

Liked: Fantastic location, in the middle of all of the action
Disliked: Neglected to tell us that the single elevator would not be working the next day, due to scheduled service. Since our room was on the fourth floor (the lowest room is on the third floor, offices on the two floors between the ground floor and the third floor), and since my mobility is limited (I walk with a walker), we would not have checked into the hotel if they had informed us. In fairness, the hotel sent up a member of the staff to help me walk down, but it was extremely difficult and terrifying. We have requested a refund for one day’s stay.

Disliked: As Northern europeans ( Brits) we are used to it being cooler.Unfortunately in April it’s deemed to early to activate the aircon, but it’s too noisy to have the windows open
