Liked: Very good location, nice room, good breakfast and internet connection.
Disliked: There is a bit of noise coming from the street below.

Liked: The hotel's location is amazing. Perfect to visit Marseille in a few days without much effort or extra costs.
Disliked: The room was extremely small. You can't even open your luggage comfortably. No trash in the bathroom which can be easily fixed. The bathroom sink had a bad smell and a very bad quality toilet paper. Some of the staff were cool, others not at all. Someone wasn't even getting up their eyes from the phone when we were entering or exiting the hotel. The staff is too pushy for breakfast. Nice to know that it's there but asking for a prepayment in case we decide to take it is too much. One last thing, you might think that if you take a room with a view on the port it will be facing it but no, it's actually on the side.

Great location, clean and comfortable

Liked: The location is great. The toilet is separate from the shower and sink which is nice. Our rooms had nice little balconies. It is a comfortable nice place to stay.One room had the Harbour view. It is on an angle as the property notes but was still a good outlook.
Disliked: The lift is functional but small. There are a few steps to enter the property with no ramp.Unfortunately there was a fire alarm (false) at 1am. A sensor fault meant the alarm could not be turned off for 1hr.There is no gluten free food at the breakfast.

Great Location But Disappointing Internally

Liked: The staff on the front desk were generally helpful and polite.The location of the hotel was lovely - right by the Vieux Port.
Disliked: On-line the pictures gave the impression that this is a large grand hotel with a reception and restaurant etc. On arrival, it was apparent that it was only a part of a once grand building. The entrance to the hotel felt like a back-door for delivering goods. The reception area felt like a small concierge for a low-quality block of flats, not a hotel. The interior walls of the hotel (including the rooms) feel industrial / commercial (pebble-dash). Everything is beige and ugly - almost like a military building or a police station. The breakfast room / restaurant was basic and looked temporary (we were not attracted to eating there). Generally we felt that on the website, it looked like a quality hotel, but in reality it was well located but very basic. I would have expected to pay only around half the price we paid, for a hotel of this standard.

A MUST STAY IN MARSEILLE...

Liked: Absolutely perfect location in the port area of Marseille! We woke up to church bells ringing and had a stunning view of the waterfront. Walkable to everything and a mere 20 mins from the airport and only like 15mins to the cruise port. Delicious breakfast, HUGE room and they even had cookies and waters for us in the room. Will absolutely be back!

Disliked: Two weeks after my stay, and having payed the bill in full on departure, the hotel still has over €350 blocked on my credit card. Despite numerous attempts to contact them they have taken no action to resolve the issue.
