Reasonable stay, but could do...

Liked: Good location - close to the airport and Aix
Disliked: Slightly tired with a limited breakfast option. We were initially given an unclean room (dirty towels on the floor and urine on the toilet seat) but resolved by staff quickly.

Not worth the money.

Liked: Nice that it had a pool, but could be cleaned a bit more. Room was a fair size for European standards.
Disliked: Our first night we noticed that the duvet had a cigarette burn mark right on top and then the underside had a red stain, and finally the fitted sheet had a black smudge mark right by my head area. This immediately turned me off the place. I complained about it the next morning and they did change everything, so we were pleased. However the next day we were out all day and returned in the evening to a room temperature of 19 degrees. It was freezing in the room and our bed just looked like the cover was pulled up and the 4 pillows were tossed and left randomly on the bed. I complained about this immediately and the staff on duty couldn’t do anything and said she’d let the manager know the next day. The manager the next day didn’t do much other than apologize. We said we didn’t want our room touched that day as we didn’t trust the staff that were cleaning it.

A quiet, nice easy day...

Liked: It was nice and quiet area you need a car to go to the centre. It had a good breakfast.The toilet is separate from the bathroom, which has glass . Free parking space. Quite French, I think.The staff was very friendly and gave us advice about the best places to visit.
Disliked: Everything was fine, no problems.

Disappointing and noisy

Liked: Close to a lovely bakery and convenience store.Close to bus stop.
Disliked: The hotel was very tired looking and lacked any comfort. It was not somewhere you wanted to spend time relaxing in.It didn’t look anything like the photos. The outside seating was uncomfortable and there were lots of insects. Also just to warn you the cicadas are extremely loud so it made sitting outside and relaxing difficult even if you wanted too. It would have been nice to have been warned about this prior to booking. Furthermore, the bedrooms had a large amount of dust under the beds so had not been cleaned for some time. In summary I would not recommend booking this hotel for a family holiday, it’s more suited for a pit stop.

Nothing like the photos

Liked: The only good thing about the property is the pool…but then it’s right next to the motorway. So if you like listening to traffic, then this is for you.
Disliked: Not sure if we made a mistake but the room was tiny. Their photos should win an award for making things look large. There are bigger toilets on most airplanes. The hotel looks pretty grubby and tired on the outside and could really appreciate some love. I feel this is a hotel for travelling business folk, or the misinformed. Shame as it was our last two nights in France.
