Great for Having a Place...

Liked: OK location and tucked away from it all.
Disliked: The lighting in the room is very stressful and not at all relaxing. Some lamps with warmer lights that can be dimmed would be great. We were not able to relax with the lights on at all. Additionally, the staff seem very disorganized. Closer to my trip, I noticed my booking said I was bringing kids even though it was just my spouse and I and that this made it significantly more expensive, so I canceled that and created another. The property did not notice one of these was canceled and thought I had two rooms booked for the night. They also did not notice that I changed the credit card I wanted to use at least a few days prior to my arrival and charged the first one. Despite the full amount leaving my bank account, they then told Booking dot com that I never showed up. Honestly this has soured the whole experience for us. We were absolutely at this hotel, though rarely was someone at the front desk.
