Poor

Liked: Food was very good, and the beer was nice
Disliked: There was no hot water for a shower,the bath tap was dripping all night,I went out for a smoke and the keycard wouldn't let me back in and the breakfast was slow and like rubber

A beautiful setting, the hotel...

Liked: We stayed for a family wedding which went very well. My only complaint was the main course was well over done, this was the same for five others at my table, as it was my nieces wedding we did not complain.
Disliked: everything was great

Disliked: missed out on restaurant because of Confirmation. was under the impression the spa was ready.

Liked: Bar food and breakfast were delicious. Bed very comfy, nice, bright room with a balcony. The room was spacious. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Spa was amazing, the staff were so nice, I had a fabulous facial and wash and blow dry. Definitely recommend the spa
Disliked: The air condition did not work. Rooms very warm at night time, window was opened but still very hot. Lights were very poor in the room.

Not worth the €190 for...

Liked: The room wee got upgraded too was very nice, the guy who i think was the bar manager was also very nice.
Disliked: No entertainment in the bar, and spa booked out. Could be doing with hot tub steam room etc. no proper smoking area. Our room wasnt great, air con broke and no window, step was broke, lamp was broke, 3 channels working on tv, chips on the wall and the room was full of flys, and when we rang about it they came up with fly spray which you cant use with my wifes lung condition so they then moved us room. Went for breakfast at 7am and the place in darkness to be then told breakfast isnt untill 8am, even though its says 7am on my booking and says 7am on the signs everywhere in the hotel, Guiness terrible aswell.
