Liked: Great location a few steps from the shopping mall where you can find just about everything you need. Safe.Pleasant staff. 24 hour front deskExcellent hot water.
Disliked: The bed was pretty hard for my liking and for my wife. The soft pillows don’t provide any firmness on the other hand. So we didn’t sleep that well.Be aware that the heat is portable radiator heat- which turned out to be fine.

Liked: Location and ease of access. Staff very friendly.
Disliked: Courtyard a little noisy during the day but not a major issue. Accommodation is a bit basic but comfortable, and pricey compared to other recent Berlin stays. However, prices generally seem to have gone up everywhere in the city this year.

Liked: - a very friendly receptionist let us check in earlier (to a different room than the one we booked, tho same standard) cause it was already cleaned - very appreciated since we were super tired after the trip- free morning coffee, even if you don’t pay for the breakfast option- 3 mins walking from a shopping mall and a metro station with great connections to the city center
Disliked: a bit pricy, but it s a berlin standard
