Loved it and would come...

Liked: Breakfast was good! Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Service for dinner was very slow.

The perfect getaway!

Liked: The warmth and kindness of the staff, the most delicious breakfast with several choices from the chef, the huge comfy rooms that have their own deck on the lake.
Disliked: Nothing, it was all perfect!

Beautiful resort and vineyard!

Liked: Beautiful grounds, and a lovely walk in the vineyards with a spectacular view. Very peaceful and relaxing. Delicious sparkling Chardonnay. The staff was exceptional.

Superb

Excellent and perfect

Liked: Peaceful, secluded scenic, quiet Obvious that when it was built attention to every detail was priority.
Disliked: Didn’t have a hot tub and a gym. I knew that booking reservation but those are two things I look for to.

Best place to stay and...

Liked: love the staff at the hotel and the restaurant as well. The staff actually remember that we had stayed months before. Love how quiet it is when you are sitting outside and the drive isn't bad from town. We will only stay with Eritage when you travel to Walla Walla from now on.
Disliked: We could hear the people right next to us.....when they arrived back from town they were a bit loud. We turned the TV on and it drowned them out

Very surprised and impressed! Will...

Liked: It was excellent service, the chefs were super personable and did a great job with the dinner and breakfasts we had there.

Exceptional

Great service and location. Poor...

Liked: The rooms are clean, spacious and very comfortable. We stayed in a bungalow with no bathtub (only available in the hotel rooms). Service from the front desk was excellent. It is a good distance from the city, so that you can avoid the daily buzz, but it is close enough to go there if needed.
Disliked: Breakfast needs improvements. It looked and tasted like a simple diner. Some options from the menu provided the night we checked in (e.g. egg bennies) were unavailable - and the options are very limited.
