We were pleasantly surprised by...

Liked: Breakfast was good--hot and cold options; rooms were very clean and neat and looked updated.
Disliked: We couldn't figure out the TV. It didn't seem to have channels available to us so we had to watch our own streaming service on our computer.

Liked: Breakfast was great very clean and plentiful.
Disliked: Better cleaning in the corners of the bath and hotel room. Ac in the room seem to be working okay but room 145 felt very damp all throughout our stay.

Liked: You are able to get to the casino
Disliked: Loud music, ran down, needs updated, they watch you grab food, literally make sure you don't grab too much food, the rooms was dirty, paint peeling, the rooms are tacky, like a cheap hotel smelled like cigarettes, my towels had what looked like blood stains on them, and fresh, so they definitely wasnt cleanl! Definitely will not be here again. This is more like a 40 dollar motel

Liked: The night clerk was very respectful and very helpful to try to get our concerns taken care of at that point.After the fact that I was quiet while going to vape by my car, I observed your security guard walking around but not telling the patrons in the courtyard gazebo to leave at midnight so after 2am I called inquiring on gazebo curfew, I was told 10pm. Now, I'm understanding, but I was forced to suffer because this security guard doesn't do their job. Then, we had an insect issue with the couch. Multiple bugs dropping behind the couch as I thought it was just a cricket. I was very thankful to the night clerk for all his assistance.
Disliked: Security guard NOT doing his job, noise, bugs, and itchy sheets. Poor pillows, hard bed.
