Everything I needed towns the...

Liked: Location staff food was super fresh and amazing the best hotel food I’ve ever had everything was so luxurious and everyone was so nice
Disliked: Nothing

It was ok

Liked: I like the way it looked especially the pool area, sometimes I would forget that I was on the 9th floor swimming outside.
Disliked: The food was horrible.. and the $45 a day parking.

Disliked: Ok , well the staff and training on service on the culinary side needs to be fixed on the main floor restaurant and pool.We have been here a few times and they can't seem to fix the main floor at all. Dinner and breakfast is just really bad.I would recommend bringing in a restauranteur that understands food quality and service. It's really bad. The roof top food is better but the staff lacks the ability to understand English and they need service training. I mean if this is the case daily and weekly, this place loses thousands a week because service and training on the F &B side isn't good.The other issue is I notice that they basically use the same staff for pool and main floor. The issue is poor training just follows. Not a good idea. Need to hire now.

Luxury at a moderate price...

Very good

Liked: Clean. Modern. Sufficiently staffed; competent and pleasant front desk team. Very good housekeeping crew. And fair value… except for parking. BAD? Shame on you for not informing us that there was no dining / bar facilities open on Sundays, the day we arrived. And it can’t be that hard to figure out how to text or email us….
Disliked: See above. Parking fee was outrageous. And poor management inaction to not tell us about Sunday “no dining” option.

Not worth the money spent…...

Disliked: No communication with Booking… I was told the room type I paid for did NOT exist. Paid upfront for breakfast and was told there was no record of my confirmation… billed for meal. Yet a confirmation for my stay… ???
