It's an okay hotel but...

Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful, thanks a lot guys!Breakfast was spotless, large selection and tastyThe roof top pool is nice and is opened 24hThe lobby and common areas are very well maintainedThey offered some welcome sweets and a bottle of okish wine, I don't if it was because the room was ready only 1h after check-in time or it's standard
Disliked: The staff was great, but they feel overworkedIt's an okay hotel, but i think it falls short of the 5 stars and definitely not good value for moneyMore like a corporate hotel, i also wonder how it has the rating it has, probably from large corporate events, there was one while we were thereLeaky shower that flooded the bathroomGym was small and crowded most of the timeHad to wait 1h more after check-in time (15:00) for the room to be readyI think there are nicer hotels in Lisbon at this price point

Overall a fabulous hotel

Liked: All round excellent hotel, great location and facilities, the bar had a really nice vibe and staff were all lovely and incredibly helpful.
Disliked: The rooftop pool/sunbed area is very packed out, appreciate they are trying to make use of the small space and provide a facility to sunbathe just not very relaxing.

too expensive for what it...

Liked: rooftop pool was cool, spa could've been better
Disliked: 350eur/night is not justified, 100-150eur/night would've been betterWe arrived to a smelly room with wet carpet. It's ok it happens sometimes. But the reception asking me if I had an allergy to smells was a bit tacky. "the problem is not our room or us, but maybe you ?"Changed to a new room where the table had glass stains on. At least it didn't smell now.
