Fantastic stay!

Liked: The facilities, location, and the staff were great.
Disliked: The rooftop infinity pool should close a bit later than 9pm, particularly during hot summer months.

Highly recommend when staying in...

Liked: Hotel was very nice and clean, looking just like the pictures. Great value for our money. Awesome amenities with an indoor and rooftop pool with great views of the city. We had breakfast included with our stay; it was delicious with plenty of options.
Disliked: Lisbon is very spread-out & hilly city with attractions in completely separate areas, so I wouldn't put too much weight on the walkability score. We ended up using Bolt to get rides most places (the rides were pretty inexpensive compared to usual Bolt/Uber pricing so that helped)

Clean, comfortable rooms with a...

Liked: The rooms were clean, well equipped and we were able to check in early after a long redeye flight. The spa was also lovely and equipped with a proper sauna and steam room.
Disliked: There wasn't much to see or do in the area but there were however lots of amenities close by. Luckily Ubers were affordable and fast for getting around.

When I get back to...

Liked: I told the front office staff that I was at the hotel for a medical emergency. Once they heard that, they were exceptionally kind, caring and considerate. They offered to do anything that I may have needed.
Disliked: There was nothing that I didn't like about the property or the staff. I can't say anything negative about my experience at the hotel.
