Liked: The location was great it was center to all the small towns in door county. We like that the hotel had an indoor pool and whirlpool. It was located right across from the lake.
Disliked: We had a door that led to the outside. We wished that it would have been able to be unlocked with a key.

Will be back for future...

Liked: Location, private beach ,cleanliness and friendly staff! Love Ephraim and everything was in walking distance

Best hidden gem!

Liked: Staff was very friendly and inviting! Our lake-view room had an amazing view to wake up to. We especially appreciated the private beach section across the road that is reserved for resort guests; we experienced a sunset of a lifetime on our anniversary trip. This will be the only place we stay now!
Disliked: Parking fills up fast

Liked: The resort definitely exceeded my expectations. I was impressed from check-in when the front desk easily accommodated my request for a first floor room. The room was immaculate and we enjoyed sitting out on the small patio enjoying the water view. Excellent restaurants in an easy walk from the resort was a plus. There is also a very good restaurant on site. We are already planning our next trip to Door County and will definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Learning that there was no elevator and our original room was on the second floor; but the front desk staff was so accommodating and switched us to a first floor room with a water view. So this negative quickly became a positive.

Liked: Jerry at the front desk was very helpful, the room was spacious and very clean, the location was very convenient and our view was spectacular!
