Liked: The concierge staff! They were amazing, one particular man, named Tammay was exceptional when I arrived. Friendly and accomadating, he asked me about my day and took it upon himself to make it even better with a bottle of complimentary wine!! Absolutely amazing, was so happy with everyone's service! 10/10

Liked: Great view! comfy bed. Great location. Free snacks. Staff are always friendly. EOS also wished my boyfriend a happy birthday which was lovely and they gave us a little sweet treat with a card that said Happy Birthday William which was so sweet!!
Disliked: We've stayed at EOS before and it was the best. But this time we were slightly disappointed because the iPad wasn't working, and we couldn't use the spa the next day because it was getting cleaned. I think we called the front desk twice about the ipad. We specifically book EOS because we love how they have a spa/pool and we love how you can control/ do everything from the ipad!! Only small things though. Overall, It was still a great experience but not as amazing as the last time we stayed I think.
