Multiple Issues with Room Allocation

Liked: The hotel has a very nice and comfortable lobby, breakfast was good
Disliked: We had originally reserved a room with two single beds; however, upon arrival, we were given a room with a small double bed instead. After raising the issue, we were moved to a different room—but only after a full day’s wait. Unfortunately, the new room had a malfunctioning air conditioner, and the temperature remained around 30°C, making it extremely difficult to sleep. Despite our request, the AC was never repaired. Overall, this experience was quite disappointing and fell short of our expectations.

Staff are really nice and helpful.Honestly loved the hotel Location is not in the centre of Milan but you can easily hop on the tram which would be about 20 min, uber or walk to metro station 10 min- good transport area.We didn’t eat at the hotel- however hotel does have a mini fridge and snacks

Liked: We stayed at this hotel during a romantic getaway. The regular breakfast is excellent — varied, delicious, and well presented. The interior is excellent. The location wasn’t ideal for us personally (quite far from everything), but on the plus side, it’s a quiet and peaceful area.
Disliked: However, the early breakfast served at 5 AM is honestly very disappointing and not worth the €20. If you’re planning to leave the hotel before 7 AM, I strongly recommend not paying for breakfast.One more issue: the staff seemed to struggle with the "do not disturb" request. We clearly asked not to clean the room or do anything, but the cleaning ladies were very insistent. Maybe they’re pressured to replace water bottles or check the rooms daily — I don’t know — but please, I came here for a romantic trip and really didn’t want to be disturbed during the day.

Best hotel for a perfect...

Liked: Everything about this hotel was amazing. The hotel interior decor and facilities like the spa were magnificent. Staff were attentive and helpful all round including cooking staff for breakfast. The location is perfect for getting around by tram or car with great Michelin restaurants nearby and easy access to public transport.

Pleasant downstairs, nice staff, lovely...

Liked: The downstairs reception area is lovely and beautifully decorated and we loved the little sweetie treats in all the jars throughout the space, really nice touch! The staff was lovely too
Disliked: The room felt very dated, was quite small and the bathroom not up to the standard expected. The shower didn't really work that well and we spent the first night without the aircon working. We would also have appreciated fresh water bottles each day rather than just one each for the first night of the 3 we spent there.
