Liked: Close to markets, restaurants and tram stop.One tram to centre easily.Clean and good decorated room.Perfect breakfast and restaurant manager. Air condition and shower is so good.Easy communication with staff.

Modern, clean hotel with friendly...

Liked: The hotel staff were very friendly & helpful. The lobby is spacious & a great place to sit & relax. The bar area is delightful, offering a restaurant service also. The room was comfortable & clean with unusual decor & daily maid service. The bathroom was a good size with a rainfall shower and, although the hairdryer didn’t work, we were immediately given a new one from reception. The hotel is outside the city centre, however, there is a great tram service which runs every 7 mins right outside the hotel & takes you directly into the middle of Milan.
Disliked: Although the transport links are great, there is very little to do nearby & the area around the hotel isn’t particularly attractive.

Disliked: The shower drain didn’t drain properly and flooded the room every time we showered

Liked: It was a short trip to Milan for a Blackpink concert so the location of the hotel was fairly close to the concert venue which is a big plus. The hotel seems to have been recently renovated and I just love the design of the interior and the room itself. The biggest positive point for me was the comfort of the bed, it was the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept in when it comes to hotels
Disliked: There’s not much to complain about, I would maybe only mention the noise from the old trams outside is quite noticeable at night, and maybe showers could use a bit of detailed cleaning of tiles, but it’s nothing too serious that would damage the overall experience.
